Create time for the recovery program and have less stress. I know many people don’t like this, still I know it is for the best.

Affirmations

Make a list of empowering affirmations. Only use affirmations you can belief. If “I am healed” is too big of a leap, make steps in between to e.g. “I can heal”

Dispite my dislike of toxics groups, I gave in. I created this facebook group to help eachother with e.g. the things you learn in the Program.
