Let’s look at your energy over a longer period of time. You might be tempted to skip this stage, but don’t. It’s going to be super valuable information and insight. This is a longer excersize, but take your time, commit and start your way through. Mark on the grids for each year of your life how satisfied (10 being super-satisfied, 1 being really unhappy) you were that year with your energy levels. You might be surprised what you uncover. Work your way through the grids and then continue with the analysis excersise.
