Exercises
Do not use the worst-case scenario for your symptoms. Limbic symptoms work as a distraction and only work when you obsess around it. Instead of projecting anxiety and fear on symptoms created by suppressed fear, go a step deeper an discover what the initial fear is about.
Do not drown in the negativity, become the observer of all your aspects! You can guide yourself back to calmness via neuroplasticity if needed.
After releasing and feeling emotions, calmness should come naturally
